VOW TERMS OF AGREEMENT
You are being given secure access to a VOW site that will provide you MLS data where you will obtain non confidential property information. It is agreed that you will not copy, redistribute or retransmit the data or information provided and you agree that the information is for your personal, non commercial use. You agree that you have an interest in the lease, sale or purchase of the type of properties contained within the MLS as shown on the VOW site. You agree that you are entering a non financial obligation consumer-broker relationship that will allow access to this confidential MLS data and also acknowledge the Triangle MLS's and or the CMLS's copyright in this MLS database and the ownership by the MLS. This agreement does not create any nature of financial obligation by the user to the one providing access to this VOW site. I understand that the Broker/Participant of this Vow site would act as a Buyer's Agent if I intend to purchase a property. Conversely, if interested in selling a property, the Broker/Participant would act as a Selling Agent. The MLS and other MLS participants or their duly authorized representatives are expressly authorized to access the VOW for the purposes of verifying compliance with MLS rules and monitoring display of Participant's listings by the VOW.
